What to expect from your supervisors:

Your child’s safety is our first priority.
We ensure the safety of the child while also keeping a neutral and accurate record of the visit between the child and their parent.

We provide a thorough intake procedure.
To achieve a successful visit that will be more comfortable for parents and enjoyable for children, it is our policy to conduct a thorough intake before each visit to make sure both parents are in agreement on the terms and there are no surprises. This procedure establishes boundaries and protects the well-being of everyone involved.

We make visits feel as normal as possible.
While observing the visitation time, we strive to be as “unseen” as much as we can during visitation to allow the relationship between parents and children to thrive in a natural and comfortable way.

We always maintain professional boundaries.
We will never attempt to impose our personal beliefs or values onto your child, and we will not teach or model any appropriate behaviors to your child. We will not discipline your child and we will only intervene if the visiting parent has broken an agreement, policy, or threatened the safety of the child.

We remain neutral and unbiased.
Throughout our involvement with your case, we do not form opinions about either parent or make any legal decisions regarding the custody of the child. We are only responsible for maintaining a safe, harmonious, and ultimately successful visit between parents and children.

We provide accurate reporting.
We will produce a thorough and fact-based description of everything that we observed during a visit so as to make the process easier on the custodial parent, as well as provide a solid report for court should there be a legal dispute.

Our staff are trained supervised monitors.
All our supervisors are CPR First Aid Certified, gone through Reporting Suspected Abuse Or Neglect Of A Child training through DFPS, Domestic Violence training, Professional Supervised Training through HealPlayLove.org and 24-hour training through SVN. They have all had a Live Scan FBI Fingerprint and Background Check, and we GPS track all our supervisors for your safety and ours. We have general and professional liability insurance, specifically Supervised Visitation Network (SVN) members.
